    –Small update (Thursday, Nov.24 2005)

  • Del.icio.us 0.5.9 - For those who prefer not to use the “synchronize bookmarks” on flock, here is a little extension that ads a set of options on the right-click menu. It allows you to easily add sites you like to your personal collection of links on del.icio.us, to categorize those sites with keywords, and to share your collection.
  • Fire something 1.7.0 - Just for laughs. This extension allows you to change the product name (for ex. the title bar name) in various parts of the browser. Random name generation ensures perpetual humor.
  • Windows update 1.1.4 - (windows only) Adds “Windows Update” item to the Firefox Tools menu, and launches Internet Explorer to the Windows Update site when clicked.

  • Viamatic foXpose 0.1 - Click on the icon in the status bar to view all the browser windows in thumbview with a single click.
  • Internet Explorer Tab 1.0.6 (Official) - Allows you to view a webpage with Internet Explorer but within the Flock browser inside a tab.
  • AboutSite 0.3 - Adds an option to the context menu that gives you one-click access to various services that provide information about the web page you are viewing.
  • Autocopy 0.6.0 - Copies selected text to the clipboard automaticaly. Like linux or mirc. Can be disabled/enabled. (Adds an icon on the statusbar)
  • Contexthighlight 0.2 - Lets you highlight words on the page via the control menu.
  • Disable target 1.0 - Prevents download links opening a blank window.
  • Download Sort 2.5.4 - Enables you to automatically save downloads to different directories.
  • Translate Page 0.1 - Adds a translate page option to the tools menu.

  • Informenter 0.3.1 - InFormEnter adds a small, clickable icon next to every input field in a web form, from where you can select the item to be inserted - no typing required.
  • ScreenGrab 0.6 - Screengrab saves entire webpages as images.
  • Accessibility Extension 0.99.1.1630 - Adds it features on the toolbar to make it easier for people with disabilities to view and navigate web content.
  • Wikipedia Lookup 0.2 - Lookups up the selected word in the WikiPedia encyclipedia. The contents can be opened in the sidebar as well as in a new tab.
  • MozImage 1.4.3 - Allow you to browse images on your local disk and on a web page. Also has an integration with Imageshack.
  • Link Checker 0.4.2 - Check webpage links at a glance with simple color coding.
  • MesureIt 0.3.3 - Draw out a ruler to get the pixel width and height of any elements on a webpage.
  • MD Hash Tool 0.4dp - Message Digest Hash Tool is a Firefox extension which can be used to compute Message Digests for files and/or text strings using various algorithms (currently MD5 and SHA-1).
  • Cookie Toggle 0.8.1 - Toggle cookies on and off from the toolbar

  • Checky 2.5 - Validate and analyse HTML, XHTML, CSS, RDF, RSS, XML, WAI, Section 508, P3P, Hyperlinks, Metadata and many more. Adds a context and tools menu.
  • DerBrowserTimer 0.4 - It adds a simple timer to your Flock browser. You can count up, like a stopwatch, or count down, like an oven timer.
  • Diggler 0.9 - It adds a menu button next to the address bar with actions relevant to the current URL, for example to step out to the parent directory, or to visit the equivalent ftp URL, or to visit the site in archive.org.
  • Flashblock 1.3.3a1 - Replaces Flash objects with a button you can click to view them.
  • Listzilla 0.7 - It posts a list of your favourite extensions to a website, therefore allowing Top 10 extension lists, My Recommended extensions etc.
  • Nuke Anything enhanced 0.52 - Allow hiding of almost anything -for example before printing - via context menu “Remove Object”.
  • Radial Context 2004.11.08 - Replaces the standard context menu with a radial one.
  • Resizeable Textarea 0.1a - Allows you to resize textareas. You don’t have to scroll up and down or left or right, just resize it with this tool
  • Undo Closetab 20040617 - Allows you to reopen a closed tab.
  • Webmail compose 0.6.5 - Makes mailto: links load your webmail’s compose page and adds a Compose link to the context menu.

  • Basics 1.0 - It moves the ‘New Tab’ button to the left side of the tab bar.
  • Download Statusbar 0.9.3.1 - Allows you to keep track of ongoing and completed downloads in an easy to use, hide-away statusbar.
  • Get File Size 1.1.4 - Allows you to view the size of file under the properties menu of an item.
  • Minimize to Tray 0.0.1.2005091606+ - A powerful extension to minimize Windows versions of Flock to the system tray.
  • Scrollbar Anywhere 0.8 - Allows to scroll the page as if the scrollbar is under your mouse pointer. Just hold the right (or any other) mouse button down and move the mouse.
  • Text Area Word Counter 0.1 - Counts the total number of words in all the text areas in a document.
  • CuneAform 0.3.1 - HTML Editor that anyone can use.
  • All in one Gestures 0.17.3 - This extension includes mouse gestures with customization, rocker navigation, tab and history scrolling, and autoscrolling similar to that in IE, all in a single package.

  • Bugmenot 0.7 - Bypass compulsory web registration with the context menu.
  • Cutemenus 0.4 - Adds icons to menus and popups.
  • Linkification 1.1.6 - Converts text links into genuine, clickable links.
  • Searchstatus 1.12 - Display the Google PageRank and Alexa ranking with search-related tools.
  • Clonewindow 0.2.5 - Clones the current tab’s address and history into a new window when the New Window command is used (and optionally into a new tab when the New Tab command is used).
  • Createshortcut 0.3.1 Selecting the menu item displays a dialog box that allows the creation of a shortcut to the current page/link on your desktop. (Windows only).
  • Popupallow 0.2.3 - Temporarily allows popup windows to be opened while the Caps Lock key or the Insert key is held down.
  • Popupcount 0.3.2 - Counts the all-time total number of popups blocked by Flock, displaying the number in the statusbar.

  7. Nah! It’s OK. They’re not my extensions anyway (except two). I just converted them, and I’m planning to delete them once they’re submitted to adminid to save my 5MB webspace quota :`(

  12. You can point LouCypher’s extensions to my site. I just gave him ftp access so he can update them and save his 5MB.

    You can also link to any of the other extensions I have hosted. To paraphrase LouCypher’s comment… They’re not my extensions anyway. I just converted them, and I’m planning to delete them once they’re submitted to Flock Extensions.

    The Flock Team is working on the official Flock Extensions this week, so traffic to both our sites should be reducing soon anyway.

    Web page http://adminid.com/flock/ contains wrong links to extend.flock.com.
    HREFs point to http://entend.flock.com instead of http://extend.flock.com.
    May you fix them?
